You can lead under pressure.
This is what makes it sustainable.

Most leaders aren't failing.

They're holding everything together - but it's costing them more than it should.

The pressure doesn't stop.

The decisions stack.

The team looks to them to be steady when they're anything but.

This isn't a capability problem.

It's an operating state problem.

What this is

The Leadership Coherence Cohort is a small-group container for leaders who need to stabilise their operating state under pressure - not learn new frameworks, not optimise their performance, not process their feelings in front of colleagues.

Steady authority.

Clear decisions.

Leadership signal that holds under load.

That's the work.

10 weeks.

6–10 leaders.

Live weekly sessions.

✖ Not leadership training.

✖  Not coaching.

✔ Operating-state stabilisation.

What changes

After the cohort, leaders report:

Pressure stops hijacking behaviour

Decision-making becomes clearer and faster

Authority feels natural rather than forced

Teams respond with more trust and less friction

Execution becomes sustainable rather than urgent

Ten weeks.
Three phases.
Each one building on the last.

I

STABILISATION

(Weeks 1–3)

Mapping where coherence breaks.

Regulating baseline state.

Detaching the invisible load.

II

STRUCTURAL RECALIBRATION

(Weeks 4–7)

Retiring outdated leadership identities.

Building authority without force.

Holding coherence under high-pressure moments.

III

AUTHORITY SIGNAL

(Weeks 8-10)

Sharpening leadership signal and influence.

Clearing decision-making.

Sustaining execution without urgency.

Who is this for

This is for leaders who are highly capable, carrying invisible load, steady on the outside but overloaded internally - and tired of leadership costing this much.

It is not for leaders looking for mindset reframes, accountability structures, or another framework to implement.

Clarity is not a mindset.

It is a stabilised system.

Why group format

The group does something 1:1 work can't: real-time pressure dynamics between peers.

Leaders regulate in each other's presence.

They see their own patterns mirrored.

They realise overload is structural, not personal failure.

The transformation embeds because it happens in context.

Kemina Fulwood

Founder
The Coherence Lab

Before this work, I spent 16 years in corporate and agency environments, managing large-scale projects and campaigns across some of Australia's largest organisations, like Jetstar, ANZ, Origin Energy, Virgin Australia, Australian Open. I understand the pressure leaders operate under - not as an observer, but from the inside.

What I also learned, from living through things that stripped away everything I'd built more than once, is that there's a difference between performing stability and actually having it.

I spent years performing it.

Then I went looking for what was underneath - what was actually driving the patterns, the reactivity, the cost of holding everything together.

That search became 12 years of work, thousands of clients across the world, and a precision approach to nervous system recalibration that operates at the level most interventions don't reach.

The Leadership Coherence Cohort is what happens when that work gets applied directly to the leadership environment - the pressure, the decisions, the signal, and the quiet cost of staying steady when everything around you isn't.

I work with leaders who are highly capable and quietly exhausted by how much it takes to keep functioning at the level they're functioning at.

If that's you, I'd like to work with you.
